Change Name of the Company

A company’s name is considered as identity of the company and it can be changed with the approval of Board as well as shareholders through a special resolution. Necessary e-forms have to be prepared and submitted to ROC. Once ROC approves the proposed name, a new certificate of incorporation is issued and the change in the name of the company shall be complete and effective only on the issue of such a certificate.
